Unfortunately the room was tiny with only room for the bed and one small chair - we did not feel that particular room (226) represented good value for money (£1491 for 3 nights). Reception said they had no other room available. Other rooms were much more spacious. The help received when one of our phones was lost while out in Hermanus, including a late checkout, was outstanding."

"This is luxury personified. Stunning views, wonderful rooms with the option to stay in bespoke accommodation. Such as a private pool or hot tub options. There is simply no better view on the Helshgoote Pass. Staff were extremely helpful with nice touches to enhance guests stay throughout. This is a high end luxury hotel with a relaxed atmosphere we will definitely be returning."
