「When I arrived at the location, I second guessed myself because the place looks kinda of abandoned as if it was out of business. When I call the phone number on the property I was told that I was at the right location. Then I was instructed to go to the area where they have at least 10 combinations locks & was given the code to unlock the keys of the room in which I’ll be staying at. 「At first sight I thought the room was nice and as advertised. Nonetheless, we found two cockroaches in the room, our pillows were old and formless, the bathroom sink's handle came out of its hinges, the showerhead was defective and did not offer a comfortable spread of water and finally they had a scheduled construction right next to our room window and while having other rooms available, failed to inform us and give us a chance to move. 「The room we had was absolutely horrible. There was an electrical plug dangling next to the shower head and There were missing outlet covers. The communication was awesome and once we told them, they understood why we were not staying there any longer. 」
