「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

Les plus : personnel sympathique, parking fermé gratuit, climatisation, appartement très spacieux, Aldi juste à côté pour faire quelques courses pour le petit dejeuner, pas trop loin du centre historique (20 mn à pied ?) Les moins : strict minimum dans l’appartement un peu vieillot (pas de café ni torchon ni produit vaisselle…), matelas très très durs (mais...

「Had a great check-in with impeccable service and explanations (even escorted us to room to show how to use doors). Accommodations were as stated and it was a relief to find thia place after having to check out of a terrible hotel earlier.」

「Amazing location, staff and room. One tiny annoying thing was sensor-light in the bathroom, so it turns off after 2 mins when you are taking a shower. Only reason why it is not a perfect score.」
