Good staff, old hotel, remote area
"The front desk staff are real nice and polite, however the hotel is way too old to call it self a 4 stars hotel. You can see the worn out in most of the place. Meanwhile, they provide the softest and uncomfortable pillow. The room smell a little bit probably cause by the moldy carpet, toilet is also ..."

"Neue moderne Appartments direkt neben dem Bahnhof Potsdam Charlottenhof. Gute Betten. Klimaanlage und Fußbodenheizung. Parkplatz gegen Gebühr in der Tiefgarage. Zugang per Fahrzeugaufzug. M. E. für SUV nur bedingt geeignet. Aussreichend Parkplätze in der näheren Umgebung."

"公寓设施原本很好，厨房还有洗碗机，但是洗衣机不给用，洗手间只有手纸，没有纸巾，厨房也没纸巾，不是很方便。暖气开关需要自己摸索。"
