「Very comfortable bed and very clean. Automatic checkin didn't work. Ended up having to call several numbers to get someone to come. The rooms need some work. I don't mind old, but the rooms needed repairs in the bathroom. Definitely need to get their automatic check in system working.」

「Overall my stay was 9/10. The room is spacious with everything you need and match what’s listed in the description from the hotel. The two downside of the hotel was the bed it was hard as a rock and not comfortable at all & the shower. The shower head was not adjustable & the pressure was high. I’m 5’3 so is sprayed directly in my face with tremendous force. So I had to stand off to the side which was an annoyance. Otherwise everything was great. 「Overall, I liked this place. It was charming and the staff very friendly. I think my largest complaint is that the bathroom is freezing during the fall/winter/spring. It's not heated, and sitting on the ice cold toilet seat made me not want to go. Not sure how this issue could be resolved, but the experience would be so much better if I didn't fear going to the bathroom.」
