"The room was comfortable and the bathroom nice. The hallway was a bit noisy in the morning as the cleaning staff went about their business - not really able to sleep in. breakfast was really good. Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. "Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again.
