「When we arrived we were greeted by our host, shown our room which was large and had a king sized bed which was very comfortable, also with a sofa bed, patio doors onto a private balcony overlooking the mountains. There was no snow close by but we were assured it may snow anytime. A very enjoyable experience. Thank you」

「Reservamos una habitación normal y estaba muy fea, no iba de acuerdo al hotel, la habitación estaba vieja y con poco mantenimiento. Tuvimos que hacer un upgrade a las habitaciones level y esa si estaba bien mantenida y moderna. Considero que es mucho lo que se paga por la habitación normal para el estado en la que estaba. El upgrade fue de 85 euros por noche lo cual se me hizo mucho」
