ILL-MANNEREDand RUDE hotel manager (PART 2)
(Due to limitation of words, please read in conjunction with Part 1 for the whole review)
One day, I booked a local tour which had hotel pick-up service offered. On that morning, when the pick-up coach arrived, the hotel manager kept me at the front desk, talking to me something that was totally not urgent nor important. I told him that the coach had arrived and I had to go, and that he could talk to my friend, who was not joining the tour, later that morning. However, he still kept me at the front desk. At last, the coach was leaving and I had to ran after it. I was so shocked that the hotel manager laughed at me running after the bus. How could it be possible that a hotel manager make fun on the hotel guests?
Disregarding the poor arrangements, I couldn't believe the hotel manager would treat his hotel guests in this way. He was totally UNPROFESSIONAL.
I love Australia. I sincerely hope that the hotel manager's racial perception / hierarchy / bias is not a tip of the iceberg.
