「Staed one night. Greeted at reception by a lovely lady. Very informative and friendly. Room 14 was a bit dated and tired. Bed not that comfortable but huge ! Pillows ok but one too little and 2 too much. Did not sleep well. Could hear every noise from people next door. Paintwork throughout hotel could do with a refresh. Carpets very worn in places. Service and food in restaurant was very good even though they were busy.」

「I stayed 1 night for work, the place was tidy and clean, I was in a room at the front of the property so could hear road traffic. It wasn’t too noisy. Kitchen area was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable. Parking only for 5 vehicles if people park correctly. I would stay again as it’s good location for travel to the centre of Lincoln isn’t to far away. But its convenient for my work place when I’m in Lincoln. 」

「Well serviced rooms, great staff, good food and all at a reasonable price. Very quiet, nice grounds, ample parking, good range of drinks from the bar, good selections (for us) on the menus, all in all a welcoming, comforting experience.」

「 It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.」
