「The service are very cosy. The front staff Marco and et. la. speaks very good English and respond to our emails before check-in very promptly. They offer very good advise on how to move around the city and also our not-so-common request of looking for good place to buy wine and grocery. They really know the city. It's very close to the shopping street and you can feel the holiday mood from day to night. Nice atmosphere. Big room (at a price), only that finding a place to park your car is a...

「Not well marked, but we got lucky and found the hotel right away. Hotel staff super nice and helpful. Air Suite Verona rooms are very nice. TV in the mirror, ya you heard me right, double shower heads and sinks, comfortable beds and pillows, and fairly quiet for being in the city. Loved being able to shop and dine really close. Would recommend and stay here again.」
