First of all, let me say that the room and bathroom were very comfortable. A few minor points to note:
1. One of the fitted sheets had holes in it.
2. If housekeeping insist on leaving the electric blankets on the bed, make sure the controls are on the side, not in the middle. I had to remake the single bed before I could use it.
3. Only one pat of butter left for our breakfast, but lots of other jams, etc. Need more in the fridge.
4. Very dusty wooden Venetian blinds in the room and bathroom.
We would have enjoyed our stay even more if the out of hours manager had been more helpful. We checked into room, parked up then a few hours later we went out for dinner. When we returned, all the parking bays were taken. I called the number on the door and was re-directed to the out of hours manager. I asked if we could park Infront of the garage at the front of the property and was told no, this was not possible as there was parking across the road. There wasn't, as the plot is all fenced off for construction. We were told to find somewhere else to park which was really unhelpful at 10.30pm. We had to park infront of the vet clinic next door and hope that our car would not be towed. This basically ruined our stay. The out of hours staff need to be educated correctly.
