「I’ve stayed there for 6 nights and it was so peaceful. The area is very quiet and secure. The room was cleaned daily and fresh linens and towels daily. 「I book online and when I reach the girl didn't know what to do. because I was tired I promised to pay cash. After paying she lost the money somewhere and she start accusing me that I have taken the money. I ask her to give the number of the manager she refused. After I got the number myself from internet and I called. to request to be refunded my money. the boss apologies and she went and she got the money and pays me. It took us 1 hour at the reception 」

「Beautiful view from the breakfast area. My room did not have electricity all during the day. The bathroom had no door just a ripped shower curtain. The shower didn’t work. It took 4 staff members coming in every 5 minutes to figure out the shower and by the time they showed us it was time to check out.」

「I loved this place! The people were so nice and accommodating. The food was freshly made and delicious. It was a perfect spot to rest and relax after a long travel. 」

「I booked this property 8 months ago. I chose it because it was one of the only ones that had a swimming pool in the area that I was going to look at. First thing about getting to this hotel is that you have to go down a very long bumpy dirty unsafe road. Everything is covered in this brown dust which is a combination of feces and soil. It's extremely uncomfortable to drive on. Once I arrived at the hotel I really wanted to like the place. One of the owners seemed friendly, and the staff also...

「they need to inform clients upfront if they can't accept credit cards. When I tried to pay with my CC for meals I was informed that they can't accept credit cards. Apparently there was an issue with the bank. it creates a predicament to clients who do not have access to cash. otherwise, the stay was excellent 」

「The photos do not give an accurate impression of the property. It was probably quite imposing when it was new but the outside is now very scruffy. The hotel is difficult to find, it does not look like a hotel ad there are no signs. There is a large sign for a betting shop across the front of the building. There is no lift and the hotel has many floors. The only breakfast offered was matoke and rice from 0930 am. Staff were friendly and helpful and made every attempt to keep the hotel clean but...

「Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website.」
