「We were suppose to stay in the main building on Bath st. but the elevator was not working. I truly appreciate the availability of receptionist via online & transfered us to the corner building with elevator access. The apartment is clean & has kitchen amenities. Only thing is a small fridge- it was ok for us since we only stay for 2 nights 3 days. But for longer stay, the small fridge maybe an issue. Also the location on dishwasher being farther from the sink. The washer/dryer is the one next to...

「Absolute Amazing place in Glasgow. Close to pubs, shopping and access to public transport. Great for family. We had a 2 bed 2 bath place. Would highly recommend. 」

「Person who rented out the apartment ignored my calls, texts & emails which meant we had no access to apartment even though it was paid for. My wife & me were left stranded in the freezing cold in Glasgow & had to book a hotel. Absolutely disgusting way to treat people, would avoid at all costs.」

「I arrived to check in at 9pm & Had a problem accessing the property, Hadnt received the Email with door codes, Experian should notify clients to expect a communication prior to arriving with access codes to the property. apartment was immaculately clean, comfortable bed & good shower. I didnt find the tea, coffee & milk sachets until I was leaving as they were in a baking loaf tin on a shelf. Better to put these near the kettle where they can be seen.」

「Originally when booking property I had questions for which I never got response. The property management did send me several emails none of which gave any answers and provided inaccurate info about how to access the keys for entry. I had to make an expensive intl. call to the owner to get correct code and was told that they would not stay on the phone to assure it worked. Kitchen was dirty I had to wipe everything and towels were only hand towels; not bath towels. Disappointed!」

「They were so kind and accommodating even though we arrived earlier than check in. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for our stay. They messaged us with places to eat or grocery shop nearby and made communication very easy if we had any questions. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Great apartment only few problems: 1) parking was a hassle between meters and the parkade 2) laundry was not as efficient as North America 3) front door locked one night due to a power outage Otherwise I’d recommend the apartment, very comfortable and clean.」
