「Pros: Great location by Green Lake & quiet/safe neighborhood. Quick (10 min.) walk to Greenlake shops/cafes. Parking available in neighborhood, but not immediately in front house. Studio very nicely designed. Cons:Bed was NOT comfortable (uneven/hard foam). 2 keypads at entry gate & door difficult to see/use at night because no illumination. (So if you don’t have charged phone w/ flashlight available, you can’t see/use keypad #s to get inside!)」

「品質大致上符合他的價格，以Motel等級來說算是乾淨，有車的話會比較方便一些，算是比較市郊區域。住宿期間唯一比較差的是無線網路聯外品質不行，網路語音、視訊都不行，一般網頁也常常停擺。櫃檯告知系統有點問題，維修當中。」

「Great host and beautiful, clean apartment. Very happy. The only issue: my visit coincided with a hot spell. Air condition was working well, but there didn’t appear to be a way to regulate cooling downstairs (where I was) independently of upstairs. Some may enjoy the break from the heat, but I found it a bit cold for my liking. Yes, i would recommend this place and book here again, but maybe bring an extra sweater. 」

「The tiny little wall heater struggled to keep the place warm. It was freezing most of the time until I finally figured out how to change the program on the thermostat. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, or laundry soap. I figured it out, but would have been nice to have those items. The bed was quite soft. I slept well, but feel like a longer stay might not have been good. There were no extra blankets or pillows. I loved that it was in walking distance to the grocery store...

「Our stay was fantastic! Parking was difficult to find but that was a given. The shower was amazing and even had a seat, which I was grateful for. There were a lot of marks on the walls, but everything else was clean, and up to date. Check out and in was easy, and the property manager answered all our questions promptly. 」

「Perfect location just outside of the city, but in a Great Seattle neighborhood! Great place for people who are out and about in the day. Walls are thin just fyi, but I would definitely stay again. Communication with owner was fantastic as well! 」
