「Loved this property during our stay, customer service was great, hot springs pools were amazing and not at all crowded. The breakfast buffet was ok, not very much variation between each day but it accomplished the job. The beautiful pools made up for any not so pleasant experience. Will definitely visit again.」

「We stayed in La Fortuna & at this property for 4 nights. We truly loved every minute of it. You have like your own little house with your own private front porch. We overlooked the volcano which was super cool. The grounds were beautiful. Lots of green, flowers and colorful birds. We also saw a sloth on the property. We loved having the hot spring pools all to ourselves! The regular pool was nice too, all in a very natural tropical setting. The free breakfast, food and drinks, & service overall...

「非常棒的酒店，环境一流、服务一流，尤其是餐厅的饭非常好吃。我们之前在La Fortuna另一家非常高档的酒店呆了几天，但是饭不怎么好，没法与这里比。建议去亚洲餐厅试一下，我们喜欢Wok，但注意他的炒米饭油太大，我们第二顿要求少放油结果很好。早上免费瑜伽也很好。住在这里也有温泉的tour，好像比直接住温泉酒店便宜。服务员都是帅哥靓妹。」

「The property was everything you could have hoped for in a Costa Rican jungle. The pools were great! The drinks at the pool bar were amazing. I highly recommend the Tamarindo Margharita. One of the highlights was the Night Guided Walk. Our guide on April 6th was fantastic. He was so excited and knowledgable. He was the best!」

「All staff were very helpful & courteous. This is a jungle, room was clean but had strong musty smell. Yat provided a dehumidifier that completely resolved the issue (had to empty every 8 hours). Breakfast was fresh & delicious! Lots of local flavor as well as more western favorites. There are no walkable restaurants, but uber was 3-5$ to most of La Fortuna area. Pool area needs update but water was clean & the few kids that we saw there enjoyed it. Hot springs where very nice, cloudy water but...
