"Overall very good. The main negative was that I don’t think they were prepared for the basketball tournament’s additional guests that stayed Friday and Saturday nights. It was little things like the need for additional staff to help with breakfast or clean up the common areas like the first floor restrooms. This happened the last time we stayed at this location when the baseball playoffs occurred and the place was overwhelmed by more trash overflowing with delivery pizza boxes and the need for additional staff at breakfast and more cleanings in the lobby. "
