「Perfect location, excellent room with large, comfortable bed and everything cleaned to a high standard. Good a/c and wifi. Lovely restaurant, with very good food choices and a high quality of professional, friendly staff (particular mention to Alice from Mizoram :) Negatives: No mattress protector!!!! This is inexcusable and dirty in a hotel of this size & turnover. Rang down to reception to get another sheet, but after an hour I had to chase it up by going down myself, only to stand behind...

「The person who checked us in was polite but lacked any personality. We did not get even a smile. The WiFi in this place is a joke. Every few minutes I had to log in again. I had to ask for passwords again and again. The room never got swept or cleaned. The area around the hotel is awful. It stinks of sewage and no pavement to walk on. Constant fear of being run over. We spent 2 days inside our room mostly.」

「I had an outstanding stay at Hotel SPR INN, and I want to express my gratitude to Mr. Bosco and the entire friendly staff. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others, particularly due to its convenient proximity to Ganga Hospital, making it a great choice.」

「We booked non AC rooms and the room is spacious and there is a window for ventilation, the double bed is quite wide too. The down side is that there are only two plug points(in a three person room), so carry one of those multiplug things to charge your devices.」

「The staff was polite but we stayed for 3 days, no room service. No one came to do bedsheet or clean. The bathroom didn't have running hot water. The restaurant food was subpar. Didn't have Wi-Fi even though it was listed as an amenity. Had wall fan which was too loud. Never going again.」
