「The unique amenity is the kitchen. Do not expect to receive an accommodation for accessible rooms. I reserved a room online. I followed up and confirmed twice with the hotel after that, including 4 hours before check in. I arrived to find the room already given away, no acceptable alternative. As a thank you, we were given the worst room in the entire hotel, across from an elevator and the pool stairs right next to us. We had the pleasure of listening to kids run and stomp all over the stairs...

「It’s a little old but it was clean and quiet. Our one bedroom suite was massive. Plenty of room for four of us to not feel crowded. The toilet wasn’t working in our assigned room and we were immediately moved. We enjoyed our stay. 」
