"Took our two boys and they loved the grounds. The indoor pool was a bit cold, only thing that let the day down, ow, the rooms are really warm even with the a/c you can only turn to 16 degrees but I don’t think that’s actually a true reflection of the temperature. It was only April and the kids slept without covers. I dread to know that those rooms feel like in the summer months."

"We loved this place, after a lot of stress we wanted to find somewhere special to take our minds off of it all and here was a fantastic find! The spa, staff, food, location absolutely brilliant! Highly recommend and they upgraded us which was a treat (Thank you). It is a really special place and sometimes the deers flock at the front which was very pretty!"

"What a wonderful find the hotel is set in a wonderful part of the New Forest Bucklers Hard. Beaulieu. Exbury gardens. Every staff member was very helpful, charming and professional. The hotel and grounds are very nice. Overlooking Beaulieu river. The food was excellent, the restaurant - Bar staff were amazing. The room was very nice. The whole experience was relaxing and we were looked after very very well. Will be returning at some point in the near future "
