「We had an amazing stay for our anniversary, couldn’t fault anything it was great! The food incredible, we had two breakfasts and two dinners it was that good! The staff were super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us and the room was lovely, we had a great view of the gardens! The location plus all of the above we felt was great value for money and we are already missing our stay in the New Forest! Would definitely recommend! 」

「The staff were lovely, only small issue lied in the layout of the room with there being no plugs by the bed unless you dive under the mattress which was near impossible, and no holder for the soap or toilet roll, these are small quality of life changes which could be fixed super easily! Other than that, the room was lovely with a gorgeous garden view and we were made to feel very welcome, really recommend the spa facilities 」

「Great location , we stayed in the annexe so can only speak of those rooms. Rooms are fairly tired and not easily accessible for young family with babies or wheelchairs. Swimming pool could’ve done with a tidy up , dirty towels spread everywhere and dirty toilets. All in all we did enjoy our stay and would stay again. 」

「在這個15世紀的建築內，電梯非常的復古只能坐兩個人還蠻特殊的，房間內的設施也還不錯，很有自己的味道，餐廳的服務生以及環境都非常好，裡面是英式早餐的自助餐。飯店外面就直接是大街上，可以去走走逛逛，旁邊呢還有兩個汽車的銷售中心，一個是法拉利一個是瑪莎拉蒂，可以看到很多很棒的車，又可以到新森林公園裡頭去走走。」

「Had a great, restful, couple of days at the New Forest Inn. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great side of traditional character. The food and drinks are great and they have a good range of vegetarian and gluten free options on the menu. The deserts are a definite highlight! The staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. We will be back in the future.」

「The staff were great but a few things not available eg red wine and draft beer. Room a little tired and very warm even with the window wide open and no heating on. Enjoyed the stay as the forest is only a few steps from the door. Would stay again and hope the niggles are straightened out. 」
