We have been to New Orleans over a dozen times since 2018 and have stayed at multiple hotels throughout the city. 「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

You can hear every conversation in the hallway and next room neighbors. We had to call the front desk multiple times b/c of the loud music played Nextdoor at 7:30 in the morning.
