Great location, easy check in and check out. Poor customer service by most staff. Exception was valet team. They were very attentive and helpful. The front desk staff were just ok. Not particularly friendly or personable, usually ignored you when you walked by the desk, no greeting or enthusiasm demonstrated. Focused on their work tasks more than the customers. Restaurant breakfast staff also fairly disengaged with us as customers. No demonstration of genuine enthusiasm to serve or be friendly beyond the minimum required. For example, when we arrived the restaurant was freezing and the wait staff were wearing their winter coats. But they didn't address the fact that there was no heat working on a very cold morning until we asked about it. Then we were told the heat was broken and being worked on. But no empathy or meaningful apology expressed. Ho hum. Overall, either staff customer service training is lacking or manager enforcement of it is. Some of the restaurant seat cushions were all worn out and torn completely through. Others looked brand new. But we were seated at the area that was torn, not the many areas that were in good shape. Staff clearly not sensitive to the terrible impression that leaves. I'd say that ultimately ineffective management was the greater problem.
