Property location was ok. But Room did not have a sofa or 2 chars to sit. We have to sit on the bed all the time which lead to back pain.

Hotel was fab, and unique with lovely lighting in shower and room ! Welcoming balloons and roses on bed was a lovely gesture for my golden wedding anniversary !! Wasn’t easy to find hotel but well worth the stay there

Nice place , shame about lack of reception
Only one thing that lets this lovely place down is the fact that there is no reception and check in was terrible. We had to wait while somebody came to the property to let us in and give us a code for the door which we should have had prior to arrival.

Overnight in Lincoln. The property is directly beside the Cathedral. Car parking is fenced at the front of the property. It’s a keyless system. Text gives you access to let yourself in. Very clean and quiet with locks on your bedroom door. Feels very comfortable

Fantastic 1 night stay
Extremely clean, very modern lovely hotel. Big rooms great walk in shower and a big smart TV. Self check-in which we actually like. Room service from a nearby sister hotel which we didn't try but the menu does look very nice.

The hotel was excellent. Great value for money. Rooms were lovely, clean and all the facilities we needed. The breakfast was just what you needed for your day. Will stay again if we are ever in the area.

Beautiful property, high quality finishes and decor. Enjoyed our stay and convenient parking. Breakfast room rather small (2 stools on breakfast bench) so a little awkward if anyone else is in there before you, and very hot! Recommended to add another bath rug as whilst the shower design is beautiful it also floods over the shower tray and having high gloss tiles in the bathroom & bedroom can be very slippy. Would definitely recommend this property and stay again. Very happy overall!

If you want to stay in a Smart hotel, book this hotel. It’s still going through renovations but once completed, it will be lovely! The building is beautiful. I think it suits more adults rather than children.
