「Nice location - beach nearby, just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good. The most impressive part was the hotel room - the size was big, and having the toilet and shower separate was a nice feature. 「We had an interesting 2 night stay. It didn't start out great, but got better. Our room in no way looked like what I had purchased from the photos. I paid for a large, superior room with a king bed, hard wood floors and lots of light, (I thought). What we got was; a queen bed in a small room with carpeting. It had a couple windows with nice views, but we felt that the cost should literally be half as much. The manager and I went back and forth and we thought about leaving. However, we didn't...

「It is walking distance from the palace and the port. There is no staff on hand. They just meet you at the room when you check in. The a/c did not work well. The room was very hot. To be fair it was during an exceptionally time in Split. 」
