The hotel is only 300m or so distance to the Boleslawiec factory which is famous for it's classical and contemporary pottery. The city centre of Boleslawiec is only 1km, a 20mins walk from the hotel. The water and the homemade wine on display in the bedroom on arrival was a nice touch. But, the double bed mattress in the room was so hard that we had a very bad nights sleep. The shower and toilet are dated and could do with modernisation. The breakfast was a running buffet which was average at best. Coffee has to be ordered from the waitress, but was served in a cold cup and was lukewarm on arrival. Also, the coffee was far too milky for my taste. A self-service coffee maker in the breakfast lounge would of been a far better idea. On departure we asked the receptionist if we could leave our car in the car park until the early afternoon, as we wished to explore the city centre before our return home, But, the request was flatly refused and we were forced to move the car and park it on the street, very poor service. Overall I found the hotel to be picky and overpriced, not recommended.
