「Needed to stay in the area 4 nights for work, chose this hotel because it was attached to a pub so after a day's work wouldn't have to go into Ledbury to eat. The pub was not open and I didn't see any member of staff during the stay. I had a phone number which I used to ask for more milk and coffee in the room, came back to find a couple of sachets balanced on the windowsill. No one came int the room to clean, change towels, etc. 」

「Seven Stars is a quirky old building oozing charm with its old beams and wonky floors. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious and it is located in the heart of Ledbury. Whilst there was not a dedicated parking area, the public car park is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Parking is free there between 6 pm and 8 am. 」
