"I came to stay with my 9 year old son just to get out of the house for a night and swim. We had a pretzel appetizer in the River Room on the 9th floor which was absolutely delicious while we watched the sunset and enjoyed the view! The service was amazing as well. The pool was also very clean and inviting with warmer water so you don’t freeze getting in! All in all we highly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! "

"It was an amazing get away! The only issues was the time of year some days the pool cold sometimes it was warm and comfortable to swim in same with the hot tub some days it was luke warm some it was insanely hot . Their was also so much chemicals in the pool it burned my kids eyes thry was using the water fountain in the pool area to wash their eyes out.and bleached my daughters swimsuit on the last day. Their was lots of options during breakfast and the lady that made the breakfast was amazing and made our whole trip! She was very friendly and my daughter was always excited to get up in the morning to go chatt with her! This daughter is a loner and hates mornings so it was amazing to see the connection with her! I also loved talking with her she was quick to get my kids anything they ran out of so they could enjoy some to. Everyone was very friendly room was very clean beds was comfortable. Very beautiful and large lobby. "
