「Took my grandkids there we live local, but thought we would spend a rainy day at the hotel with a pool. They had a wonderful time. The pool just needs some work otherwise it was perfect for our needs」

「Well I reserved a non smoking room it said on the door 100 percent non smoking. Open the door and it smelled like a smoke shop. I went and let the front desk know and they took note of it.」

「The WiFi is really bad. I can’t access to the internet while staying in the room. The hotel deliberately tries to drag you out of the room to the casino and the racetrack. When I called the front desk and complained about wifi service, all they told me is “well sir, it turns out you are in a dead spot. Sorry” This is absurd, not everyone comes here is for the casino and racetrack. I’m on a business trip, and it’s a just a stopping by.」

「The room and bathroom were clean. Everything was functional. The beds were very comfy. We checked in around 1am with no issues. The staff was very nice. Parking was easy, and the location is very convenient to major roads. 」

「The staff was excellent and the hotel was a nice hotel. Our bathroom wasnt cleaned the best and had drops of blood through it. I cleaned it myself. Halls were a little noisy woke us up while sleeping but that isnt the hotels fault. Overall though very comfortable, nice pool and hot tub. Our room itself was clean (except the bathroom floor). 」

「I returned to a cold room one evening, and realized the batteries were dead in my thermostat. I called to the desk and the gentleman was to my door in 2 minutes! Amazing service, best pillows around.」
