「Everything about it was very good. Except the parking. It's a minor inconvenience - and I get the limited options downtown - but it was the only negative to our stay. A hike like that could be a challenge to the elderly, infirmed, or even to everybody in extreme weather. Precipitation, sub-freezing temps, high humidity, or heavy rain. Glad it wasn't one of those for our stay.」

「The check-in process was a bit misleading. The male receptionist wanted me to go get cash from an ATM and then come back. Listen can I just get a room, I understand the back draw of waiting a couple days and all for it to come back to me. How about accommodate the customer instead of us making convenient for you. Aside from that I hope not to be accountable for some of the deteriorating of the room. We shall see on my bank statement in a few days...」
