「2 months in advanced booked this hotel without much choices (for the trance event on the day). Paid around 215 euro for this Friday night stay, and during check-out they asked another 20 euro for the second person (my wife) who I shared this room with. I questioned about this charge but they insisted. Whatever. The most expensive stay for this netherland trip (nearly doubled as the other rooms), and I find everything of it a bit old and the breakfast mediocre.」

「I arrived early in Amsterdam but the hotel could only assist to store luggage at a fee, both before check in and after check out! I’ve tried to ask for early check in at a cost but was not guaranteed. No water boiler inside the room and you may only have a small cup for a charge of €1.5. Staff there were doing just their job without any feel of hospitality. The only good thing is the budget cost for a clean room in this expensive city.」

「Great location, a stones throw away from the metro which takes you to the centre of Amsterdam in 20 mins. Rooms were great, we had 4 rooms in total, 1 of them was upgraded to their new superior rooms which was lovely but even their standard rooms were great, only difference between the standard and superior was larger tv, larger bed, nicer flooring and a rainfall shower. The bar area was lovely and overall we had a great stay」

「1. 住了三天，到第2天才有收拾房間，還要自己申請。 2.收拾完後，床有短頭髮，曲的，不肯定是陰毛還是頭髮。（我自己本身是長頭髮的）。而且是非常非常的皺、不整齊。 3. 房間非常多塵埃，不論是咖啡機、燈，都是。 4. 並沒有提供一次性的用品，就算在平板電腦上要求了，還是沒有提供。 5. 在平板電腦上面要求多要三條毛巾，最後只有兩條，要求要其他一次性的用品，也沒有給。＊＊6. 最重要的是：這幾天晚上，只要我一關燈，房間的右邊和左邊都會出現「搭、搭」的聲響，大概二三十秒一次——讓我睡不着覺，而且那個聲音出現是沒有規律的，我有數過秒數，數不到規律出來。明明房間的左邊和右邊都是沒有其他房間的，這件事很可怕。我開了燈之後，這個聲音出現的頻率少了很多，白天的時候，這個聲音是沒有出現的。我是基督徒，但是還是感到很無奈，因為吵得我睡不着覺！！ 7. 還有就是，在第二天收拾房間之後，在浴室裏面的地板出現一條濕的毛巾，這是想怎麼樣？是想我自己收拾？床旁邊的桌子移開之後，也沒有移回去，桌面上的垃圾，也沒有收拾。 8....

「Boa, não tivemos problemas, já estávamos cientes da localização e do tamanho do quarto, mas pelo preço valeu a pena. Café da manhã bom. Não é difícil ir para o centro de Amsterdam, tem o ônibus e trem, e em no máximo 30min dependendo de como for já chega no centro. 」

「The staffs r very nice and helpful! Facilities are wonderful!Rooms r clean! The experience and satisfaction of the stay is more than I expected! The hotel provide Shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel.the Shuttle bus is very big which enough for many travellers and with big suitcases! All in all I love this hotel very much!」
