「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

「住宿四天，第一天因為接駁車沒有聯繫妥當，結果飯店沒有派接駁車來接，聯繫計程車也沒有來，讓我們和另一個科隆來的德國人在雪夜裡走二公里。儘管事前沒有聯繫妥當(坐火車從丹麥到柏林，哪裡會知道火車站到機場需要多久時間?我請櫃檯人員預估，但他說他不知道)我一到火車站立即打電話，到了捷運站再次打電話，但是櫃台人員卻都置之不理，當我們風塵僕僕到了旅館，問他為什麼不來接我們，(他應該是擔心被主管罵)一直說他有給我計程車電話，但計程車根本拒載。隔天預定接駁車時，還被他(晚班人員)酸說[希望你不要遲到]，第三天，甚至忘了幫我安排早上接駁到捷運的車子。但是白天值班的櫃台人員十分親切，儘管他們的英文不如晚班人員流利，卻讓人感到舒服。交通真的很不方便，尤其是雪夜裡要等待接駁車來接駁，真的令人冷到四肢發顫。捷運站裡也沒有遮蔽的空間可讓旅客覺得暖和些。除了有一天馬桶沒有刷乾淨之外，旅館的設備很新穎，備品也很齊全。鄰近飛機場的噪音聽得很清楚，不過不至於影響睡眠。如果是特價，很值得一住。」

地理位置非常好, Reception笑容親切有禮

"地理位置非常好, 就在Mendelssohn Bartholdy Park station附近, 距離Potsdamer Platz不遠 reception非常有禮貌, 笑容親切, 是我在柏林唯一見過笑容這樣好的人有一小插曲. 因為我們訂的是一張雙人床, 加一張sofa bed. 但我們發現sofa bed沒有打開. 我們於是跟reception反映, 他們非常快速地就有人員上來幫我們整理, 非常有效率"

Overpriced for a Basic Experience

"Overall, my experience was decent. The hotel was clean and met basic standards, but I found the price to be quite high for what it offered. It felt like a typical Ibis budget hotel, yet the rates exceeded expectations for that category. There were some notable drawbacks: the room was very small, and amenities like a fridge and kettle were missing. Additionally, the location was inconvenient, situated about 1 km from the main train station (HBF), which made getting around a bit of a hassle. If I had to choose again, I would likely look for alternative accommodations. For the same price range, there are other hotels that offer more amenities, such as a sauna."

地點方便、景致亮麗的高級飯店

"地點就在柏林中央車站旁，十分便利，附近也有很不錯的餐廳。房間面向河川與國會大廈，景致十分亮麗。低反發的床墊也很好入睡。如果房間的方案有包含早餐就會更理想了。"
