「The Holiday inn offers parking at a reduced cost for guests across the road based on talbot Road which is handy for the disabled. Another facility is that the lift ( lower ground) from the hotel takes you to the tram stop which is very convenient if you are disabled, however, doors need to be disabled friendly ( Hotel is addressing this issue once the contract has expired). 「We booked here after reading the great reviews and so glad we did. It was a last minute booking as was just visiting the area for the day and decided to stay over. Of course there are so many places to choose from but the price and the reviews were so good we decided to stay here. The room was spotless and had everything we needed and more with an excellent tea and coffee selection in the room. We didn’t have breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. 「Hotel sited in a place with bus and tram stops a short walk from Hotel. First room we were allocated had a fault with lighting and insecure door locking system also double bed pushed right up against the wall ok for younger generation, manager quickly moved ourselves to another room which was what we should have had in the first place, bit of mish mash furniture but comfortable bed and clean room. Really good breakfast . parts of the hotel now a bit tired but we will be back」
