「The hotel has not much service. Hotel room Is spacious. But they always forgot to give you shampoo or shower gel. Room is not very clean. For the price they charge, is a bit overpriced. Also, there is not enough car parking spaces at hotel. It all depends your luck can park at the hotel. The car park is outsourced to other company. So the hotel staff don’t really care your car. Is a bit ridiculous. 」

「Staff very helpful and friendly at check in. Got to honest wasn’t expecting a lot with it being a hostel but it was great. Rooms could just do with a good clean. But it was warm and comfortable providing a good base for visiting Birmingham. Just do homework on where to park if travelling by car. 」
