「I stayed at this resort on March 29 and was impressed by the lady at the front desk. She was super nice, professional, and provided excellent service. I’ve been to many hotels in the area, as well as several Marriott properties in different locations, but her hospitality stood out. Unfortunately, there was a city-wide power outage during my stay. 「Hotel suite was very nice and clean and quiet. Only thing dishwasher was not emptied from previous guest. Also we booked a sauna and when we went for our booked time there was no one there providing direction or keeping wood going. Was not that hot. Also we were told there were robes as t the change room/lockers but no one there and no robes. Dinner at cliffside was delicious and nice atmosphere. Nice to be able to walk there from the hotel. Overall lovely time just think needs a bit more...

「Everything was great. We went during the power outage to be able to have warmth and showers. All was as expected. Room numbers were a bit confusing… had to search a bit to find ours but eventually did. Shower was a bit confusing to turn on. Some direction in the room would be helpful , we had to call down to the front desk to get help. 」
