「This is the worst 5-star hotel I have ever been to. They have a bar right up to my room with VERY NOISY music playing at midnight. The bathroom has water stains on the glass. It’s a dog friendly hotel and they don’t even have any potty area for dogs, or they didn’t tell me where it is. Again, it is the WORST HOTEL EVER!!! Don’t stay here. Spend your money on other nice hotels.」

「We had a marvelous time here at the Sunset Tower Hotel, everything about our stay was absolutely perfect. The valet greeted us warmly and opened the door for my daughter, and swiftly took care of our bags and showed us inside. 「Showers are incredibly small - and dangerous with subway tiles on the floors. The room itself was extremely compact and not much room for one person with luggage - not a big complaint just an observation. The windows being nailed shut were the worst part - no fresh air flow.
