「The first room we were put in the bathroom door was gone. Hinges were the but no door. It was a handicap room though. Maybe they took it off for that reason. However, it had a tub that wouldn’t have worked for handicapped persons. When we went to shower there was no hot water at all in that room and the little refrigerator was broken. 「We were placed at the end of the hall near the exit, which made it easy to walk my two dogs. There’s plenty of grassy area outside and I felt safe walking them at night. I had a problem with my reservation, which was Expedia’s fault not the property’s. The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful in trying to rectify the situation. 「The front desk associate when we checked didn’t feel well at all but was extremely efficient with the check in. The night front desk associate not as helpful. My husband was trying to get a soda-machine was not working properly. He went to the front desk and the associate was very rude. He said rudely-those machines are not ours! I can’t help you. 「We specifically chose this location due to it stating there would be breakfast included and that was not the case. When we got up in the morning, there was a sign saying no breakfast. Additionally the no smoking room smelled strongly of smoke and there was a lot of noise late at night from other visitors which was frustrating trying to fall asleep. Major issue though was the breakfast as that was our primary reason for coming here. 」
