Love this hotel. It’s hard to find more style for your pound (or Euro etc). Top craft beers in the bar and the egg and bacon naan roll for breakfast are personal highlights. Also like the friendly informality alongside the smart service. Great comfy beds too. A winner all round!

The property has a nice vibe and is located in a nice side street to Ku’damm with eateries and bakeries nearby. Gragger bakery has great sourdough breads. The people at the reception were very nice and friendly, but not particularly knowledgeable; they seemed pretty inexperienced. The biggy up rooms have the bedrooms to the street (so they are loud) and the living rooms towards the courtyard where it’s quiet-- the layout doesn’t make much sense.

Our now favorite hotel in Berlin. Stunning interior design, spacious rooms that are not only beautifully designed but also functional. The Indian restaurant in-house offers one of the best northindian (punjabi-style) food I ever had outside of India. The breakfast options are also great. Everything is freshly made. The lobby and public space is so cozy and stylish that we would literally love to just move in and stay for days just chilling there on front of the fireplace. Hotel is located 100 yards from Ku’damm with lots of other food options next door. Parking garage is next door which has plenty of space and 15 Euro a day is quite decent given this location. (Be aware that you can’t pay parking with credit cards. Just cash or this weird German EC-card.) We loved it!!

Excellent stay. Great atmosphere, with nice spots to just chill or meet up in the lobby, bar, cafe areas. Great Charlottenburg neighborhood. Would visit the bar and Indian restaurant even if not staying there. Helpful pleasant staff.

Das Hoxton in Berlin ist sehr zentral gelegen und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Dies ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Alles, was man braucht ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass wir die Stadt bequem erkunden konnten. Die Sauberkeit des Hotels ist gut bei den Zimmern sieht es jedoch anders aus. Dort wurde nur ganz oberflächlich geputzt. In einer Stadt wie Berlin hätten wir erwartet, dass das Personal zumindest grundlegende Deutschkenntnisse hat, aber das war nicht der Fall. Die Speisekarte nur auf englisch . Es machte die Kommunikation schwierig und führte zu Missverständnissen. Das Frühstück war unorganisiert und wurde lieblos serviert. Die Spiegel-Rühreier kalt serviert und der Kaffee kam irgendwann. Das wir zusätzlich 16€ Stadtsteuern zahlen mussten ist nirgends vermerkt und auf Nachfrage wurde sehr unfreundlich reagiert. Es sei halt so ! Von einem 4 Sterne Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet.

Missing hot water and NO refund
Arrived and was downgraded in smaller room. Next day there was no hot water at all on the hotel. All still had to pay full amount and they told to write E-mail with issues. They responded with a 20% discount to be returned to my account, but after that NO responce at all and no refund. They do not reply to any E-mails at all.
