The room was just like the picture, and the building felt secure. But thats where the good parts stopped. There is no front desk person - or front desk, even. This was a problem because, since there was no management on-site, there was nobody to reach out to about excessive noise/partying, smoking in the hallways and elevator, etc. The only way to reach management is through their call center in Munich. And since the WiFi was extremely unreliable, and being an out-of-country tourist I had to use WiFi calling, it was impossible to make it through the phone trees to get to a live person before the call dropped. So I gave up trying. They only clean your room (including the bathroom) one time and only if you are there for more than a week. Even then I had to basically bribe the housekeeper to do it. Oh, and the elevator was out for a couple days, so that meant five flights of stairs. Basically it felt like a youth hostel, but with a hotel pricetag. Think about other options.
