Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was wonderful, comfy bed, and an awesome bathroom with great shower and large claw-foot bathtub (if that's important to you) . We would stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. All round you don’t get it much better than this hotel. Loads of character & charm. Perfect central location. Walk to most spots. Funicular Station at the end of the street. Excellent comfortable room. Modern bathroom. The included breakfast was very good. Friendly, helpful staff. We highly recommend this hotel to any traveler.

Centrally located and convenient to shops, dining, bars, fjord boat tour, hiking and other activities. Nicolas at the front desk was very friendly and super helpful when it came to answering all of our questions about the area. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location in an historical building(s) turned hôtel at the juncture between Bryggen and the harbour. Great for some indulgence (in our case after 20 days touring Southern Norway), with large bath and comfort fitted in the building. Top notch breakfast too, with high quality ingredients and produce—from the salmon to the fresh bread.
