「This is our 4th time staying in this hotel. This largely sums up our satisfaction in this hotel. Location is within walking distance from the busiest area yet remains to have its quietness. Admittedly there are areas of ageing signs and attentions such as the ensuite bathroom door. Overall, cleanliness and services are remaining at a high standard. This stay has again been a very pleasant experience.」

「頂樓風景真的很不錯⋯⋯只是游泳池什麼服裝都下去有點可怕退房時等電梯4台等了40分鐘以上，後來是先搭上再下才回到1樓⋯⋯ 整體結果還是很不錯，有洗脫烘衣服可少帶好幾天」

「so far so good for the room and environment. The room is very suitable for 4-5 ppl family, the space is very big. The staff is nice and responds fast through WhatsApp. The location is great! just 5 mins walk to KLCC.」

「I picked this hotel is because it is located near KL Sentral station. The signage pointed me to go thru NU Sentral mall but is not clear enough and it took me 20 more min to locate the hotel eventually. Check in is speedy, room is spacious but a bit old. Plenty of storage with a full kitchen, which will be good for long term stay. The air con is a major disappointment. The thermostat didn’t work and it kept pouring out cold air and it is just freezing (below 20C) until you turned it...

「Location, view from patio, In suite laundry, hotel pool - amazing. Lisa - friendly and helpful. Unit itself could use some TLC (wire to hang towel in bathroom, broken desk & closet doors) and there are bugs. Minimal issues but otherwise we enjoyed our stay. 」

「Easy check in through the skyscraper's reception: you come in, let the security guard know that you have a reservation and the host comes downstairs to hand you over the key. Easy process. Rooms are great for the price paid, we stayed in a one that directly faces the Petronas twin towers. The skyscraper is definitely one of the top 10 locationwise for those who want to stay as close as possible to the Petronas. The host Akbar is reacheable throughout the stay, is very friendly and professional...
