「Disgusting!!! Avoid at all cost. Upon arrival the caravan stunk There was mould in the fridge with leftover food which had also gone mouldy Wee in the toilet No gas/water/electric upon arrival we had to wait for the owner to.tell us how to plumb this... after 2.5 hours of waiting. 「We have stayed her before and we will stay again. A lovely location by the sea. Very efficient and friendly staff. A few issues with room (no.5), water not draining from bath, mirror light not working. I know maintenance will be sorting these out soon, probably already sorted! 「Birds farm is a lovely place to stay for the local Essex or Sussex area. Very quiet in the evenings, despite being just off a busy road. Great facilities, good comfy beds, very warm heating and well supplied cooking facilities. A pool for summer, grounds and a Summer house and a well stocked games room for kids if the weather is bad. 「I was very happy with the room itself and the price I paid for it booking only couple of days beforehand. Nice and fresh with lots of storage and a clean ensuite bathroom I'd compare the facilities to Travelodge or Ibis(but no TV). However. This being a university campus, it was A bit difficult to find and park in the correct place and was quite a walk to reception and the actual room. Got given a map of the campus and had to find the room myself. Not the easiest task with a luggage -just Keep...
