「Was different to your usual boring minimalist hotel. Was archictectually designed meaning it had character with modern influence. Undercover parking. Surrounded by trees and golf course so serene. Pool bigger than it looked in photos. Spa was toasty.」

「The room type provided was completely different from what was booked, very old and dirty. The carpet was extremely dirty, the water flow in the bathroom was very small, and the electronic lock couldn't be locked at first. It took a long time to figure out that it required a lot of force to close it. I asked the platform to communicate with the hotel about the room's problem and was hung up on several times. They only said that it was full and couldn't handle it, so why should I book it? Terrible...

「Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming . The reception team communicated very well before and during our stay. Lovely to meet the housekeeping team, they did a great job of cleaning the room. Great location, walked everywhere. Nice to be able to see over the city. Only item of note is the bath shower combination , the bath is very high to get in and out of to have a shower, not an easy fix but some feedback . Thank you for the lovely stay」

「With the first room given, one side of the window curtains half way hanging down and did not work. We changed to another room, then we found out the socket plugs are obviously loose in wall, we did not touch it at all. Not a good experience when you went into a room like this.」

「I booked the Cobb & Co not knowing it was a scuba-diving school as well as a backpackers place even though that was the case we had a clean room with an ensuite. The staff of brilliant and the location was close to everything in town 」
