The reception gave me the room at the lowest level when checking-in noon time. That room's window is blocked by the conditioner on the roof of the other part of the building. I had to request to change to another room. It is hardly for me to believe that there were 7-8 mosquito on the ceiling or curtain and I had to request to change room again!!! The third room still has one mosquito on the ceiling. I'm angry for 2 things. One is that the lowest level's room should not treat as superior room. I paid the FIT rate which is surely higher than the group booking rate. How can the hotel try to occupy it in this way? The second issue is the hygiene of this 4-star hotel. Shame!!!
