「Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. 」

「Me and my fiance came for our anniversary to see Jim Thorpe for the weekend. The Bella Victoria was close enough that we could walk if we wanted, but far enough that we weren't right in the middle of the chaotic hustle and bustle. 「Very clean, neat Hospitable hotel, quiet very nice updated rooms. Look forward to staying there again for a relaxing weekend. The town is quaint and neat with plenty of restaurants and shops to have a great weekend away. My trip was business and they had on site parking that was appreciated.」
