「非常貼近自然且舒適，空間除臥室外，均採半開放式，沐浴和如廁身旁都有綠樹，環境優美。戶外不免有些小蚊蟲，有提供防蚊液。整體環境十分舒適，服務人員親切有禮。 SPA很棒，在半開放的森林中進行，沒有背景音樂，聽著蟲鳴鳥叫，按摩體驗十分舒服。但是住宿兩晚附贈的SPA只有15分鐘，需要另外加購。早餐好吃份量充足，提供多種套餐選擇，在餐廳或房間食用都很棒。晚餐的選項豐富，餐點美味。房間提供美味的肉桂餅乾，也有淡淡肉桂香味的沐浴用品和乳液，肉桂愛好者的天堂。有提供免費接駁車至附近景點，但交通壅塞，至烏布市集車程約需一小時，建議多預留時間。缺點是熱水不穩，會忽冷忽熱。有一晚遇到晚間熱水供應不足，飯店回覆需等30分鐘，後來等了一小時還是沒有熱水。整體住宿體驗很好，非常悠閒安靜，遠離人群，貼近山林，值得再訪。」

「Linen, particularly towels were not properly washed and not replaced on daily basis. Had to ask for replacement. Otherwise we liked the property, employess were very courteous. Limited choice for vegeterian breakfast. 」

「除了出入要爬一段陡坡比較不方便之外，飯店是很舒適的，而且附近也有餐廳。房價起伏很大，我們訂了私人泳池和庭院房型各一晚，因提早訂房價格很優惠，非常划算。枕頭和床鋪非常舒適，只可惜沒有電視，晚上有點小無聊。庭院房型因為廚房和客廳四邊沒有牆壁，晚上蚊蟲比較多，不過還好並不太會飛進房間，而且有蚊帳，仍可維持睡眠品質。」

「 Check in was quick and good. The villa was well maintained outside and very atheistically pleasing. Although there was construction all day next door which was really loud. However the power went out twice in the room which would have been okay but my partner was sick and the aircon went out. We had no wifi from arrival until the next afternoon/ night service in the villa. We’re not able to connect the tv because the wifi doesn’t work. Our bathroom door handle fell off but wasn’t able to be...

「Very beautiful surroundings, extremely friendly and helpful staff. The private villa is really clean and feels luxurious and safe. We had breakfast in our stay and it was very delicious, with a variety of choices to choose from everyday. We also had dinner/room service a lot, and it was nice food, also for the children. Big beds and a great pool. We honestly don’t have a complaint about the place, we will definitely visit again. 」

「We hebben het er heerlijk gehad, vlakbij de winkels (op goede loopafstand) vlakbij diverse restaurants en toch heerlijk rustige ligging. Ook heel fijn dat zowel de woonkamer als de slaapkamer airco en een ventilator hebben. 2 badkamers, vooral heel handig als je het zwembad in bent geweest en een heerlijke tuin en balkon waar je lekker kon zitten. Het ontbijt was ook prima in orde en de jongens die kwamen schoonmaken en het ontbijt brengen zeer vriendelijk. 」

「We were completely shocked at the state of the room. We requested the best they had, yet there were dead bugs on the sheets, a blood stain on the bed! And toothbrush residue splattered all over the bathroom mirror. We took pictures and I let the staff (a woman who remained on her phone during the entire conversation) know. I showed her the issues and she simply nodded and nothing else. We quickly left and ran next door to the Rusa hotel and stayed there. I don't understand how Expedia partnered...

"整個旅館種植好多植物，綠意盎然，一進入飯店就覺得遠離塵囂非常舒服飯店服務人員非常熱心親切在飯店用晚餐時，跟飯店人員聊天，提及隔天一大早4:30 tour ，好貼心幫我們準備隔天的麵包、水果和飲料～好感謝下次來烏布，一定會再次入住"
