The facility keeps a very high level and are at the top in the area. but considering the normal high quality of the Italian dining experience, this hotel consistently underperform unfortunately. 「The hotel shuttle was broken for the pick up at train station so the staff asked us ride taxi and the hotel will pay the service later. However, we rode the taxi that was not payable by the hotel. The hotel should arrange the taxi and tell the guest which taxi instead of asking guest to find taxi themselves.」

「The room is very neat and tidy. Room temperature is perfect and you could enjoy snowy view from window towards the backyard. We booked our stay with breakfast included and there are sufficient options for our breakfast. The hotel is maintained decently and staff are welcoming. You could get all you need from the room.」
