This hotel is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. First, the key card wouldn't open our door, so we had to get the guy at front desk to open it everytime we needed in the room. They claim it was due to remodeling the hotel. The rooms were clean but definitely needed remodeled badly. The guy working at the hotel cgarged me for a room i had already paid for, I'm still working this out with corporate office. I booked 2 rooms, one through expedia the other through OYO and he said i couldn't stay the 2nd night unless i paid, which I had already paid the day we got there. Management is horrible, they called Saturday morning said i hadn't paid, i called expedia, they called hotel and straightened it out. I got a call from hotel everything was good no worries. Fast forward to Saturday night and they once again claimed i owed them money. This hotel has some serious issues, needs alot of work and needs better management. I'm still fighting OYO for my refund. I personally would not have them listed on expedia as a hotel choice. Will never be back again i will pay $200 and stay elsewhere than stay here.
