「Everything is good ,the staff was nice ! The hotel located in the town which there have a lot of restaurants and coffee shop Just one thing is if you travel by car the shuttle need to wait a bit long to arrive to drive you to pick up your car ,so the parking is 6 mins drive from hotel , but ur car can’t drive in to the road because it’s restricted road .I was waited for 40 mins for the shuttle bus when I check out . Apart from this problem everything was very good !」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

"1.旅館離火車站約500公尺，可以利用車站左前方的腳踏車坡道或樓梯前往比較方便。 2.雖然旅館離主要景點比較遠，但可以免費租借腳車（有附車鎖），只是腳踏車似乎疏於保養，有些腳踏車輪胎沒氣或剎車需要調整。 3.房間配置簡約實用，窗戶隔音效果良好。 3.早餐豐盛，各式鹹甜、水果、穀片、優格、咖啡兼具，照顧到所有不同飲食習慣的人。"

"Don’t be fooled by the pretty pictures. The lobby is dated and tired. At peak check-in hours, there is a long line and only one reception staff. Breakfast is included in the steep price but you may as well skip it unless you enjoy unkempt tables, overcrowding and terrible coffee from a machine (and this is Italy). "
