「El hotel rebasó mis expectativas en todo, en atención del personal, alimentos de primerísima calidad, instalaciones de lujo, todo de primera. Hubo solo un detalle que no me gustó, el primer día que llegamos al hotel sufrí el robo de mis anteojos de graduación en el área de albercas, lo reporté con las personas indicadas pero siento que no quisieron checar las cámaras ok staladas en el hotel porque de esaa era pudieron dar con el ladrón y estoy seguro que fue un huésped no personal del hotel.」

「Access to beach was far. Beach access on itself was small and outdated. Umbrellas and chairs were less than desirable. The “entertainment “ was subpar. Boring and tedious. Extremely difficult to make dinner reservations. They require for reservation to be in-person . Front staff mentioned it was only open to 20 guests… they had 200 at the time. 」

「Wonderful resort! The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed snorkeling right at the resort. The rooms were comfortable and we had a beautiful ocean view. The staff are friendly and very attentive. There was a good selection of food items at the buffet. We were also happy with the variety of activities offered daily. 」
