「Good stay at the Pear Tree Inn! Staff were great, calling me as I was arriving late and sending across a AVT invoice quickly (as there is no one there on checkout)! There is no hairdryer in the room - I didn’t realise this until the morning and there was no one downstairs to ask! 」

「登記入住時前台的女員工態度傲慢，很像不歡迎我們一樣。房間裏床單有黑色的污漬，牆上佈滿蜘蛛網，椅子夾縫還有些爆米花碎。這個集團其他酒店我也住過，但這一間是最差的，我明白一間有些歷史的洒店當然會殘舊一點，但也要保持乾淨呀!還有停車位不夠，晚點回去已沒有位置可停車，你只能泊在外面住宅區的路邊。」

「항상 호텔에만 묵다가 처음으로 B&B 스타일 숙소에 묵었는데 조식이 포함된 가격인데 너무 저렴해서 반신반의 했습니다. 근처 도시에 친구를 만나러 왔다가 적당한 호텔이 없어서 우연히 예약한 곳인데 상당히 만족스러웠습니다. 체크인을 도와줬던 직원이 매우 친절했으며, 다음날 조식도 맛있었습니다. 숙소로 올라가는 계단이 다소 가팔라서 짐이 많다면 힘들수 있으나 저희는 짐이 별로 없었기 때문에 문제는 없었습니다. 」
